Irina has over 20 years experience in developing educational programmes for children and young people across the UK and Europe. She has been teaching LEGO Robotics since 2018 and is the founder of Engineering Minds.

Lenka has experience in both corporate and start up environments having worked as a process specialist, software tester and product manager. She has been working behind the scenes ensuring the smooth running of the clubs, in addition she is a tutor in some of our classes.

She has a great interest in science and how things work and believes that science can be enjoyable for everyone when taught in a fun and engaging way.

Ludovica has been involved in supporting children’s learning of STEAM subjects, in particular robotics, coding and graphic design, for Engineering Minds since the beginning in 2018. As a freelance graphic designer she also looks after the visual identity and communication of the organisation and also works for other purpose driven start-ups, social enterprises and charities.
